You don’t need to have any experience to get started and we have climbs for all skill levels.
9eh's Intro to Climbing is designed for those brand new to climbing as well as those with some experience. During your first visit, the instructor will provide a gym safety orientation, deliver bouldering concepts, introduce different hold types, grip positions, basic movement techniques, and explain how bouldering grades work! You will then have 4 return visit passes that include shoe rentals and chalk; this gives you the time to practice your newly learned skills.
If you’re new to climbing, we want to make sure that you have the best experience possible. All you have to do is show up, and we’ll take care of you. You’ll do great, we promise!
The 90 minute Intro to Climbing pass will leave you feeling confident and prepare you for pushing yourself on our more challenging problems.
Learn the basics of bouldering in a small-group setting with a maximum ratio of 1:8. Meet new climbers and receive expert advice on how to make tweaks and important corrections to your climbing technique.
Includes:
- 4 return visits
- Gear rental is included for both the class + the return visits
